Clinique La Prairie Opens Its First Southeast Asian Health Resort in Phuket
Nearly a century of Swiss longevity medicine arrives at Tri Vananda, with 40 private pool villas, a 300-biomarker assessment and a physician-led review every morning.
Global Chic Voyage

Phuket, Thailand, and Montreux, Switzerland, November 2026. Clinique La Prairie, the Swiss pioneer of longevity and preventive medicine founded in 1931 on the shores of Lake Geneva, is opening Clinique La Prairie Phuket in November 2026. It is the brand's first Health Resort in Southeast Asia.
The resort sits within Tri Vananda, a 1 km² wellness community of tropical forest, lakes and organic gardens. It is twenty minutes from Phuket International Airport and ten minutes from the nearest beach, with dedicated spaces for movement, mindfulness and recovery.

Guests stay in one of 40 private pool villas with mountain and lake views: the 120 m² Signature Villa, the 160 m² Grand Villa or the 400 m² Royal Villa. The resort also holds a 50-metre swimming pool, a Technogym fitness centre, the La Prairie Spa and SEEDS, a longevity-focused restaurant.

A five-step method, four pillars
Every stay follows the Clinique La Prairie Longevity Method: assess, understand, personalise, intervene and continuously monitor. It starts with advanced diagnostics, including the Longevity Master Assessment™, which analyses more than 300 actionable biomarkers across key biological systems. Physicians use the results to anticipate risks and design interventions across four pillars: Medical, Nutrition, Movement and Wellbeing.

A multidisciplinary team of on-site doctors and medical experts covers internal medicine, cardiology, neurology, immunology, endocrinology, aesthetics, nutrition and rehabilitation. Each day begins with a Longevity Coach consultation to review progress, recovery, energy levels and the response to the previous day's interventions.

Programmes
Clinique La Prairie Phuket opens with four Signature Programmes. Each runs for a minimum of 7 days and 6 nights and includes a Signature Villa, full anti-inflammatory board, airport transfers and ongoing medical supervision.
• Reverse Ageing, from CHF 31,800. For guests facing lowered immune defences, slower regeneration or visible signs of ageing, it works on immune strength and cellular renewal.
• Essence of Vitality, from CHF 24,800. For low energy and slower recovery, it targets metabolic function and long-term vitality.
• Master Detox, from CHF 20,950. For guests who feel heavy, inflamed or metabolically unbalanced, it supports the body's detoxification pathways, gut health and inflammation.
• Life Reset, from CHF 14,900. For guests under constant pressure, it combines medical insight, recovery therapies and nature to ease stress and prevent burnout.
Two shorter stays are also available. Discover Longevity (3 days, 3 nights, from CHF 9,900) is an introduction to the approach. Health Diagnostics (3 days, 2 nights, from CHF 12,900) uses advanced diagnostics and imaging to build a personalised health strategy.
A growing market
The launch follows rising demand for measurable, preventive and personalised health. According to the Global Wellness Institute's 2025 Global Wellness Economy Monitor, the global wellness economy reached US$6.8 trillion in 2024, up 7.9 per cent year on year, and is projected to reach nearly US$9.8 trillion by 2029. Asia-Pacific is the second-largest wellness economy at US$2.0 trillion, while Thailand's reached US$42.7 billion in 2024.
"Clinique La Prairie Phuket, Thailand, marks a defining step in our international expansion and in our mission to bring world-class longevity medicine globally," said Simone Gibertoni, Group CEO of Clinique La Prairie.
