Janu introduces residences at Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah

Janu Al Marjan Island brings the brand’s approach to coastal living to Ras Al Khaimah for the first time. The development sits 70 km from Dubai, adjacent to Wynn Al Marjan Island, the region’s first integrated resort. Janu is part of Aman Group and describes itself as a hotel, residence and lifestyle brand centred on connection, wellbeing and shared experiences.

Jointly developed by Marjan and Wynn Resorts and envisioned by SCDA Architects, the project comprises a 132-key hotel and a limited collection of 73 branded residences. Homes range from 197-square-metre one-bedroom residences to a 1,761-square-metre five-bedroom penthouse at the top of the tower. Five secluded Marina Villas line the island’s eastern shoreline, facing the sunrise over the Arabian Gulf.

Residences open onto large terraces and private swimming pools, with floor-to-ceiling windows framing the open sea and the Ras Al Khaimah coastline. Selected homes have double-height living spaces that tie the interiors to the landscape outside.

Residents arrive through a private entrance lobby and have a residents-only lounge and fitness centre. They also have direct access to a 265-metre private beach and exclusive mooring at the island’s Wynn Marina, which takes superyachts of up to 85 metres. The hotel’s 2,496-square-metre Janu Spa and Wellness Centre is open to residents.

The wider amenities include cryotherapy facilities, a padel court, a 30-metre swimming pool and six dining and entertainment venues. Among them are Hu Jing, Janu’s signature Chinese restaurant, and a Beach Club.

Groundbreaking took place in July 2026, marking the start of construction. Marjan and Wynn Resorts describe the project as part of their shared aim to make Ras Al Khaimah a leading destination for luxury hospitality, residential living and leisure.

The launch follows Janu Residences, Dubai, introduced earlier this year as the brand’s first residential offering in the United Arab Emirates. Janu Tokyo, the brand’s debut property, was named among The World’s 50 Best Hotels within two years of opening and holds two MICHELIN Keys. Janu has further hotels planned in Turks and Caicos, Montenegro and Saudi Arabia.
